We only collect what we need to do the job and stay compliant with insurance and contractor regulations. That includes:

• Property information: property address, property type (residential, commercial, marine), photos and videos of the loss, and notes from our on-site assessment.
• Insurance information: your insurance carrier, policy number, claim number, and adjuster contact details — only when you ask us to bill insurance directly.
• Communication records: calls, texts, emails, and form submissions exchanged with our team. Calls may be recorded for quality and dispatch accuracy; we will tell you if a specific call is being recorded.
• Payment information: billing name, address, and (for private-pay jobs) payment card or ACH details processed by a PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and approximate location, collected automatically when you visit our website.

03How We Use Your Information

We use the information above for these specific purposes:

• Service delivery: to schedule inspections, dispatch crews, complete the work scope, and document the project for warranty and quality records.
• Insurance claim processing: to communicate with your carrier and adjuster, submit estimates and supplements, and keep you updated on claim status.

04How We Share Your Information

• Insurance carriers and claim adjusters: with your explicit consent, so we can submit estimates, photos, and supplements directly to your carrier on your behalf.
• Service subcontractors: licensed trade partners (electricians, plumbers, roofers, content cleaners) we bring in for specialty work. All subcontractors operate under a written non-disclosure agreement and may only use your information to complete the assigned scope.
• Service providers: our scheduling software, project management platform, payment processor, accounting platform, and cloud storage provider. These vendors are bound by data-processing agreements and may not use your information for their own purposes.
• Legal requirements: when required by subpoena, court order, regulatory request, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our customers or the public.
• Business transfers: if we sell, merge, or transfer all or part of our business, customer information may transfer as part of that transaction. You will be notified before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal information to advertisers or data brokers.

Our services are intended for property owners, property managers, and adults authorized to act on a property's behalf. We do not knowingly contract with anyone under 18 without the written consent of a parent or legal guardian, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
